No California political scandal will out Bonkers Shrimp Boy but this lawsuit against a state senator is Five Alarm Bonkers 🚨 🚨🚨🚨🚨 https://t.co/ESgvYd5NRJ
So excited to see this project moving forward! Thank you Sec. @WadeCrowfoot for your vision and leadership and @bethpratt for your guidance! This is just one of many important conservation projects happening around #MammothLakes happening with #California state funding.
Working with people like California Natural Resources Agency Secretary @WadeCrowfoot is an honor. He’s the real deal and truly wants to protect wildlife. We were honored to have him come visit the site of the proposed Mammoth Lakes 395 Wildlife Crossings yesterday-a preview of our California road trip that begins next week.
Joining us was some of the amazing team making these crossings happen from @Caltrans9@CaliforniaDFW and Eastern Sierra Land Trust.
Thank you @MoveCAFWD for inviting me to the #CAEconomy Summit alongside such an incredible group of leaders. Together, we can create a more climate-resilient, prosperous economy and workforce. 👷🏽👩🏾🏭👨🏻🔬
This is one of the clearest satellite views you will ever see of California.
Breathtaking satellite image today of California, one of the most beautiful places on the planet.
So excited to have @Morse4America as our CD3 candidate and next member of Congress! She is a problem solver with this district’s best interests in mind and at heart.
This was refreshing to read - hope Speaker Designate Rivas agrees!
"I’m from Western California, and so is he,” he said. “We’ve done a s— job with Eastern California...of making sure there’s anything close to equity in terms of resources on their side of the line.”

Happy summer solstice! In the Mammoth Lakes Basin, it’s very much anything close to summer yet. These were all taken this afternoon, June 21st on my lunch time bike ride up there
On State Route 120 E, maintenance crews out of Lee Vining have reached Ellery Lake and are within roughly three miles of reaching the gate to @YosemiteNPS.

Caltrans will be escorting travelers on U.S. 395 between Lee Vining and the junction with SR 167 beginning tomorrow. No additional escorts will be offered as crews will be continuing to work to fully reopen the road.
Escort schedule:
•7 am to 8:30 am
•3:30 pm to 5 pm
Mono County is cut in two--especially impactful to residents of Mono City & Lee Vining. There's no easy way to get from Mammoth to our closest city, Reno. @Caltrans9 started work this week but it's going to take a long time to clear & generally to recover from this winter.
This avalanche near Mono Lake has buried California's Highway 395 for almost a month and stranded communities in the eastern Sierra. The highway probably won't reopen for several more weeks

@troublingtome @NWSReno Thank you! I will check it out but I'd rather read the forecast discussions and interpret them the way I hope it'll all go, though.
.@NWSReno today: "Models diverge on Tuesday and resolve drastically different scenarios for the second week of March. Ensemble cluster analysis shows largest support for a ridge developing over the western US by the end of next week and allows dry and mild conditions" #cawx 🙏
