@wfaa@wfaaweather Super heavy rains and lightning at DFW now. My United flight has been hanging out on the tarmac for an hour bc it’s too dangerous to get us to the gate…can’t imagine it’s much safer here on the tarmac!
My Shih Tzu has flown on @SouthwestAir at least 3 times per year for more than 13 years. She is under the weight limit. Today, 500 miles from home, an agent is saying she is too big to fly. What am I supposed to do?? @SouthwestAir HELP.

@DallasLoveField the ride share location move was a HORRIBLE decision. Terrible consumer experience. Now @DFWAirport is the most convenient airport in town.
Hey @KCIAirport and @SouthwestAir the agent at gate 41 hasn’t had a mask on for at least 40 minutes. I know because he got in my face to complain that my dog’s crate was open about an inch.
