So the @WestJet employee at the customer service desk at @TorontoPearson lied to my face three times apparently. She assured me three times (I asked 3 times to confirm) that we'd get our hotel reimbursed. But WestJet are saying No, two weeks and three hundred dollars later.

Apparently a pregnant woman, her Fiancé and their dog were supposed to sleep in the airport and wait for the next flight in the morning. Thanks a lot @WestJet

So we usually only fly with @WestJet. After them confusing our flight with another one that was cancelled, they won't pay for our hotel, and apparently we weren't supposed to get the meal vouchers that we did. This is unfortunate and makes me very angry.

So @WestJet aren't paying for the hotel that they said they were going to pay for. I specifically went to the Sheraton in YYZ; because I was with my pregnant fiancee and our dog. Figured I'd front the bill until I'm reimbursed. Well, I guess I'm the idiot for believing in WestJet
