17 September 1939 | The Soviet Union invaded Poland, assisting the Germans, as agreed in the Ribbentrop-Molotov Pact & its secret protocol that divided Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland & Romania into German and Soviet "spheres of influence." #unredeemed

The text of the secret protocol from 23 August 1939:

1. In the event of a territorial and political rearrangement in the areas belonging to the Baltic States (Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania), the northern boundary of Lithuania shall represent the boundary of the spheres of influence of Germany and U.S.S.R. In this connection the interest of Lithuania in the Vilnius area is recognized by each party.

2. In the event of a territorial and political rearrangement of the areas belonging to the Polish state, the spheres of influence of Germany and the U.S.S.R. shall be bounded approximately by the line of the rivers Narev, Vistula and San. The question of whether the interests of both parties make desirable the maintenance of an independent Polish state and how such a state should be bounded can only be definitely determined in the course of further political developments. In any event both governments will resolve this question by means of a friendly agreement.

3. With regard to Southeastern Europe attention is called by the Soviet side to its interest in Bessarabia. The German side declares its complete political disinterest in these areas.

4. This protocol shall be treated by both parties as strictly secret.

The burning of Elasha Biyaha Market outside Mogadishu is the first salvo of an intimidation campaign by Al Shabaab to tell businesses that supporting the Government in the fight against Al Shabaab was a mistake, that the Government can not/will not protect you, and you better start paying up.

This is a classic Mafia-style arm twisting tactic familiar to victims of Chicago and Boston Mafia Protection rackets. How the Government reacts to this and similar incidents, and the protection and reassurances it gives to businesses will determine whether the Government’s fight against the Shabaab is taken seriously, and whether Al Shabaab is defeated in the end.

I våras presenterade vi en rapport om den massiva desinformationskampanjen mot Sverige och socialtjänsten.

Rapporten är gjord på uppdrag av Myndigheten för psykologiskt försvar och kartlägger LVU-kampanjens uppkomst och utveckling, både i Sverige och internationellt.

Hundratals miljoner matades med en negativ Sverigebild att vårt land är muslimfientligt. Det falska narrativ som spreds var att muslimska barn ”kidnappades” av myndigheter. Al-Jazeera, TRT och i princip alla TV-stationer i Mellanöstern matade på detta narrativ tillsammans med många utländska inflytelserika muslimska predikanter och organisationer. Sen kom koranbränningarna.

Det är samma influencers i båda kampanjerna som piskar upp hatet mot Sverige. Det har pågått i 18 månader men intensifierats genom koranbränningarna.
