StagecoachManchester

manc stagecoach had no twitter. So here I offer no help & lousy service: the authentic experience, but less likely to enable a hate crime than the real company

It's a bank holiday on Monday, so we'll run fewer buses but still charge the same for Megariders and the like.  Brilliant!

[StagecoachManchester @stagecoach_mcr]

We will have no service on the 43 route today. Sorry. First asked if they could borrow a few buses and we miscounted how many were in the shed, so something's got to give. We'll get them back tomorrow.

We might look cheap, but we aren't. https://t.co/SPuWIHSIfW

@stagecoach_mcr - this used to be an asset but now it’s just a shoddy service & makes you look cheap! #poorcustomerservice

Getting some questions about the #168 bus.
It was a naughty bus and we had to send it away.
Yes, this does mean there are fewer services for people in the south/east Manchester area, no that doesn't mean we'll cut our prices.

Our drivers will working to their usual standard.that day. You can think of it as striking in solidarity if you like

Mixed news for passengers waiting for the 42R. It's on time this week - so if you turned up when you'd expect it, it's already gone. https://t.co/bYUQZrLJaU

Introducing our weekly commuter poll!
Which #Manchester bus service should we have run on time next week?

[StagecoachManchester @stagecoach_mcr]

Re 50 service - due to the closure of the bus stops at Media City we have given our drivers the day off, it's all too confusing for them.

But what colour would Magic Buses be?

Made a mint off that train strike.
Same again next Monday please Northern!

[StagecoachManchester @stagecoach_mcr]

NOTE: tomorrow the X50 won't be running as our drivers will be busy taking down the christmas tree in the staff canteen. Sorry about that.

[StagecoachManchester @stagecoach_mcr]

We think of it as "free range buses" - v popular with our focus groups in chorlton https://t.co/ttxAfGN5Cn

[StagecoachManchester @stagecoach_mcr]

Proud that again this year despite fewer services on Christmas week, we charge same £ for weekly passes.
It's like the opposite of a sale.

[StagecoachManchester @stagecoach_mcr]

We have a prototype "able to drive through walls" bus but have still not quite ironed out the bugs

What's your oldest condiment?

[StagecoachManchester @stagecoach_mcr]

Well, we'd've kicked them off in the rain at Hyde, but the 38 doesn't go there https://t.co/gOBLtTBTmL

[Harlot @CharlotteGaler]

@stagecoach_mcr any particular reason everyone on the 38 from farnworth to picadilly just got rudely kicked off in the rain at Swinton?

[StagecoachManchester @stagecoach_mcr]

We feel inspired by this £25 bus ticket. Watch out for another of our fare 'revisions' coming soon ;)

https://t.co/hz2QosDqvP

[StagecoachManchester @stagecoach_mcr]

In line with the ongoing currency collapse due to #brexit we are putting all our fares up by a pound.

Er.

Oops. We mean "revising" them.

[StagecoachManchester @stagecoach_mcr]

Substitute unicorn service went brilliantly. Rolling this out over the next few months to other routes.
