@dave__whiteside My husband understood that when I got to the point that I couldnโt be touched anymore and just needed to focus and get through, it wasnโt personal. And he was ready with the gas and air for each contraction, jelly babies and Lucozade for energy, and reminding me to use the loo.

@yasminleighw I went to Bobbi Brown before my sister-in-law's wedding to get colour matched. The lady was really helpful and did a whole face of make-up and showed me what I should be doing and how to make it last. I didn't have an appointment and just walked in.
@elaerose I just finished reading a book about running, which really motivated me and the same author has written about cold water swimming - Alexandra Heminsley, Leap In. ๐
1 in 850 people in the UK have now died of COVID. A heartbreaking, tremendous loss. We should all be in mourning. We should be in black, we should sit on low chairs, we should cut our clothes, we should wear black armbands, we should be singing & crying, there should be flowers.
