@LiberNovo I received my chair I ordered in Feb but I'm having an issue with one of the caster wheels simply not going in. Emailed support and was basically told I didn't know how to push in a pin vertically (arrow pic) I need this part and base replaced, or the whole chair.

@garyleff High YMMV. In 2025 I was 700 PQP short of requalifying for lowly Silver status on United and they wouldn't budge to extend, only offering to buy up the status with $ or $+miles

@nellis_ellis_ Please edit your article to include that with #Bilt 2.0 you're not charging rent or mortgage TO the credit card, but you're using your own bank account via ACH (e.g., Bilt Protect) yet @BiltRewards takes a 3% cut, so THERE IS A FEE!

@HeyBilt You all messed up a good product, I'm done with @BiltRewards . The minimum spend for the first option could be unattainable for many in high housing cost areas and the Bilt Cash system is essentially paying the fee with funny money. Stop saying it's a housing card then.

I rather give 3% to Chase or Amex for my HOA and utilities since I can just charge those costs directly to my LOCs, payoff the balance right away and earn more valuable points on stuff that's not mainly NYC.

@NiemannJp Proof that @BMWUSA only cares while they take your purchase money, but when there's a problem, they're the Ultimate Disappointment Machine. It's bad enough they nickel and dime small issues, but worse when it's with major issues like this. Maybe get the BBB involved.

@NiemannJp @BMWUSA @BMW As a "luxury" brand, BMW doesn't live up to it. I feel for your situation, there are many out there with the same. Some are even told that the dealership won't order a part because their car is "too old". Yet you can easily purchase the part from online dealers

@NiemannJp @BMWUSA @BMW Luckily no current problems, but I had to hunt for a competent dealership for several weeks after purchasing my vehicle. First, OTA update, they wouldn't do it because "there's no fault in the car", second they'd claim BMW i4s have no such thing as Driving Assistance (aka DAPP)

@NiemannJp @BMWUSA @BMW Third, even when showing them the manual and actual pictures of vehicles with the feature they would stick to their lie. Finally I found a competent dealership 20 miles from my home, vs the 4 miles from the one I purchased it from.
