@barnes_law If the main argument has been that Islamic nations are not ethically or mentally mature enough to have nuclear weapons, it doesn't explain Pakistan. If tyrannical regimes are too mentally unstable to have nuclear weapons, it doesn't explain North Korea's restraint.

@madras_bertha As I read CUD (p509) it's a behavioral focused definition and does not address the totality of biochemical danger of a substance. Broad enough that coffee also meets at least two criteria. Mentions medical use on page 511, prevalence of 3.4% among 12-17 p512, mild intox on p516

Question is: percent of users (of cannabis, alcohol, etc) that face CATASTROPHIC health events and compare those percentages to each other.

@jamiecampbell I would like to see the critics address proportionality. As in, do they think a larger portion of cannabis users suffer catastrophic side effects than tobacco users or alcohol users or ketamine users ?
