I sent a lot of inquiry and not received a revert about this fraud. Really it's a big disappointing for all of the people against to @TSB, as we are unreverted as victim and we couldn't find a way since 1 year. How we are going to trust and feel safe about that to TSB?

Since 2021, December, the money which has lost through the bank transfer couldn't find. As a receiver, we havent get any support from your side even we contacted and provided a lot of documents. We will go to court to find this person who dared to scam, as well as TSB.

@TSB We contacted so many times and provided all documents which are needed. The ony thing that they say, we check, investigation started, but even I couldn't get an investigation report. Sorry but I couldnt get a right support, and @TSB seems not care about that.

@cic bank has been contacted with @TSB so many times and #TSB said the investigation has been started but until now, no revert. The money lost, and the people who dared to do that are still around, and the only side who has lose is us.

We tried our best and also called so many times, but we couldn't get even a simple exact revert about our grievance. After a long time, as you also see, we are still at the same point as started. #TSB doesn't revert or start an investigation to find them.

Someone hacked our mails and the money transfer from France @CIC has been sent to TSB Bank, not to us. We made the reports and couldn't find a solution on it since 4 mnths.Kindly support us to find this people who dared to do that.

As a well trusted and known company, our money has been stolen through hacking, and for more than 1 year, we couldn't get support by @TSB Bank PLC.
No investigation was even started by TSB side to find these unsolved criminals . We will go court on this matter.

Thanks for you promt revert. I shared a lot of data with @TSB team as they asked for scam, but we couldn't find a solution for that. In the end there is no result. Also @CIC tries to get an information from your side, and they are unable to take as they said. DM sent.
