@facebook you shut down my elderly mom's Facebook account for no reason, despite her proving her identity. She created a new account & you shut that one down within 20 minutes too. There's no way to contact you to remedy this. She's been completely isolated. PLEASE HELP.

It’s unprofessional at best.

@catchit219 @andygrammer I’m assuming they’re going to change it because obviously it needs to be fixed, but our email said to pick up our lanyards no later than 5:30. Was in line by 4:45 and wasn’t let in until almost 7; he had already played 2/3 songs to the VIP meet and greet people. 😭
