@melbataj - Vacuum all the nooks and crannies of toilet counter sink tub etc before you start.
- a bit of powdered tide and bleach in a bucket of hot water cleans EVERYTHING.
- keep your shower cleaning supplies in the shower and just do while you are in there letting your deep

@Eren16537481 I’ve developed exercise induced asthma post Covid. So if I use my inhaler I don’t wheeze.

10 min run/walk to 18 min to 22 min to finally 30. Slowly but surely taking my lungs back from covid. Major wheezing after is now only slight wheezing.

My city renamed a park after a homeless man who lived there. He always showed kindness to others so after he passed, the community requested the park renamed. 💙

Knowing the faith I adhere to was a main part of the residential school system is a hard pill to swallow. The indigenous people weren’t educated. They were raped and abused.
