I have been disconnected twice from Microsoft/Xbox support and hung up on mid sentence on my third call tonight… What gives @Microsoft @Xbox @XboxSupport ?? And now I can’t even call back? I’ve already wasted 2.5hrs of my day on this just to hit a brick wall.

@andrewxcormier Costco sells the fold up standard long ones in two packs for around 100 seems to me… there’s a cheaper option for smaller ones too. You can order online without a membership. They work the shipping into the price online so they’re likely an extra ~20 bucks online I’d say!
