🔘Agent collecting different fees outside agent fee (registration,Transportation, data and inspection fee)
🔘Agent and Landlord fraud to tenant base of selfish gains.
🔘LandLord should stop taking rent for 2years or á year and 6 months
Solution.
🔘Government should form an agency to regulate the operation of housing and rentals.
🔘Agent should be licensed trained and certified.
🔘LandLord should present a reasons before spiking house pricing to avoid inconveniencing tenants.
Summary.
The fees to rent an apartment is now inconvenienced and in conducive for tenant as selfishness is progressively increasing in the housing sector.
To rent a house now is scary and discouraging as excluding the rent other rents makes things difficult for tenant.
Rent, Service charge, Management fee, agent fee, drinking money etc all this are making rental expensive as they double up the rent.
Advise.
1. Always see your house before you pay and make sure to pay to the a landlord direct or the lawyer or management is they have the permission to collect it.
2. Don’t pay inspection data, transport and other unnecessary fee to agent if you’ve paid registration fee and inspection fee.
