have you already started your 4th year? if not, i would take short term leave. if you are, then i would try and make life a lot easier, like skipping the internship (assuming its not a grad requirement), getting a cracked capstone group who will do a bulk of the work and aiming for a pass on the exams. im in my last sem of engineering so i feel you
