Caramel Apple Crisp Cheesecake! Cinnamon graham crust, caramel cheesecake with apple chunks, topped with caramel, caramel + cinnamon apples, brown sugar oat crumble & caramel drizzle. Who is excited for this one?!

September cheesecake of the month: Cinnamon Roll! Starts off with my cinnamon roll recipe as a crust, then a vanilla cheesecake filled with cinnamon gooey globs, thick layer of my cream cheese frosting, layer of brown sugar streusel crumbs, all topped with a cinnamon ganache.
