It would be cool if there was a catalog of reprints of Vietnamese stamps. This fellow here exists on grey and white paper in different shades, and it's just one of many variants I have noticed over the years.

Another space filled 😃 like most used Nort Ingria #stamps this is likely not genuine #postal usage. The cancelling device was stolen for 4 years after war, and was used to favor cancel a lot of the remainders that international stamp dealers had bought. #philately
