Hannah Arendt’s copy of Walter Benjamin's Theses on the Philosophy of History.

He wrote them shortly after he was released from the Nevers interment camp on newspaper sleeves. He gave them to her for safe keeping when they parted ways in France in 1940, shortly before his death.
