@AirCanada I have tried to reach someone via phone for 2 days now - each time on hold for 2+ hours and the calls gets dropped without anyone answering. I’m trying to add special items for an upcoming reservation… I even tried messaging on FB messenger and no response…
@WestJet it’s been 48 hours since I was rebooked onto a flight that was then cancelled. I have received NO communication in over 24 hours and am unable to get home. If @yvrairport is stating it’s running fine, why are you still cancelling your flight from YEG to YVR???
I’m having a hard time understanding how @WestJet is selling flights from YEG to YVR for $800+ but cannot rebook my flight to YVR that was cancelled… well done
@FlairAirlines another 45 minutes later and still no answer. I’ve also texted and sent a Facebook message. How do you expect people to rearrange a flight as is stated in your email? Reading the reviews make it seem like I am not the only one. This company is a joke.
Today i got a very nonchalant emails that the flight I booked 4 days ago was cancelled by @FlairAirlines. I spent the last hour on hold just to be hung up on. Now I’m back on hold. This customer service is atrocious. @FlairAirlines please advise.
