Hate @clydesdalebank sometimes. Phoned up last month to make indemnity claim and said I wouldn’t be hit with a bank charge yet I’m now well overdrawn cause went back in and took money I didn’t have!! Sick of this. Worst possible time of year for this kind of stress 😤

@virginmedia Won’t let me into it cause I can’t remember my details. All the service are down, including the tv. Everything has greyed out. Never had this bad a problem before but it’s beginning to become an annoyance. I don’t get a lot of data on my cell data either
