The Bible says, “After you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace… will restore you.” — 1 Peter 5:10
This pain has an expiration date.
This season has an ending.
Restoration is coming!
This generation is just surviving with little to no chance of actually thriving. Either you're unemployed or underpaid. Can't afford marriage, can't afford children, can't afford assets, can't afford to retire the parents.
Things I fuck with about Twitter:

Nobody knows you checked their profile
Nobody knows when you’re online

Twitter gets on my nerves sometimes but I can’t lie, I fuck with it
this old lady once said “If you don't spend enough time getting to know yourself you'll end up absorbing everyone else's definition off you” felt this.
Adulthood humbles you. It'll turn you into a prayer warrior without you even noticing. As you grow, you start to understand that nothing in this life works without God.
A girl on TikToķ once said; “This year God grabbed my hand, told me to trust Him, & we just took off running.” & someone commented; “Some days He’s dragging’ me, other days He’s carrying me, but we locked in.” & to be honest… that’s exactly how I feel too. IMMENSELY🙏🏻.
I found a prayer in Habakuk 3:17-18
"And even when it feels like nothing is happening, when everything seems quiet and it feels like You are silent, God, I know You aren't. I know what Your Word says, and I know the way You turn the worst situations into the most beautiful testimonies. So I'm going to praise You in advance. I'll praise You before I see it, before I understand it, and before the answer comes. Because I know You are working, even now."
The fact that you live comfortably on one income in a society where two incomes are needed and don't lack or want for anything should be proof that you’re blessed. Count your blessings.
The rebirth of the sun window begins today and peaks on the 23rd.
It's a good week to get aligned with your spirit, detox and seed your intentions for the new cycle/year.

I’m overdue for one of those grown & sexy date nights. 🥹❤️ The kind where I get to put on a pretty dress, heels, perfume, and actually GET DRESSED for somebody’s son that I genuinely like… and he genuinely likes me back.
Take me somewhere nice with dim lighting, beautiful ambiance, good food, good music, and grown-folks vibes. Reservations already made. Phones down. Good conversation. Lots of laughing, flirting, and eye contact across the table.
Yeah… I’m so overdue for THIS kind of date night. ❤️
I found a prayer in Habakkuk 2:3 🙏
You’ll wait,
You’ll pray, ❤️
You’ll get frustrated,
You’ll question everything. ❤️
But you’ll continue to be patient.
You’ll keep waiting and praying. ❤️
And one day, when you least expect it, it’ll finally happen. So don’t ever stop believing, trusting, and hoping. ❤️
God is so ready to give you everything you’ve ever dreamed of but you have to understand it’s on His timing, not yours. ❤️ Lord, give me the courage to share this prayer with at least one person. Put Amen. ❤️
Adulting advice: make time to travel, even if it’s just a cheap little getaway. Go to the beach, breathe, rest and enjoy your hard-earned money. Life isn’t only about working and paying bills. You deserve to enjoy it too.
We are often told not to burn bridges we might need those people later. I hope and pray l will never have to depend on someone who once hurt me, humiliated me and made me question my worth. Some bridges deserve to be burned to the ground
One skill I’m learning to value more is emotional regulation. Knowing how to stay calm under pressure, sit with uncomfortable feelings, and not let people pull you out of character. Not every feeling needs a reaction. Sometimes the real growth is learning how to pause, process it, and choose how you respond.
The weirdest crowd witnessing a historical moment. ✨
The Soil takes their unmistakable sound to one of the world’s most historic stages.
In 2015, the South African a cappella trio performed We Are One (Celebrate Humanity) during the commonwealth Day Observance at Westminster Abbey in London a powerful celebration of music, unity and humanity.
A proudly South African voice on a global stage. 🇿🇦
no one talks about the personality shift in your 30s where you no longer want to be impressive you just want to be rested, regulated, and completely unavailable to anything that drains you
