While 1 year ago today, monumental steps were taken in my case due to the help, support and efforts of @C__Herridge and @GuardReserve and the rest of my âteamâ, there has still been LITTLE TO NO ACCOUNTABILITY for senior leadership.
They CONTINUE to fail service members who have been injured IN THE LINE OF DUTY. They do not care. These âleadersâ need to be held accountable for the lives destroyed; they quite literally have blood on their hands.
So while I sit back and remember the efforts made for my case, the battle is FAR from over.
WHEN WILL @POTUS , @DeptofDefense , @thejointstaff , @DODResponse , @USNationalGuard , @ChiefNGB@AirNatlGuard@USArmy , @usairforce , @SecDef , @SecAFOfficial , @SecArmy@SeanParnellUSA @ASDMandRA STEP UP AND DO THE RIGHT THING?
@SecDef , youâre as strong as your weakest link. Donât forget it.

From the American Bar Association: "AÂ Â U.S. president has broad powers to issue pardons to individuals involved in criminal investigations. But are those powers unlimited? No, there are some limitations such as for offenses on a state level."
"There is a strong consensus among legal experts that a president cannot pardon someone for a state offense, as the Constitution notes âoffenses against the United States.â In other words, state law enforcement authorities could review any criminal allegations, without presidential intervention, to determine if they rise to the level of a state offense." @AGJamesUthmeier

There are some wounds that time doesnât erase. Only God can heal this part of me.
Watching Anthony Fauci plead the Fifth today stirred up emotions I wasnât prepared to feel. I thought I forgave. Maybe a little. He has every constitutional right to plead the fifth, and I respect that. But as someone who came dangerously close to losing my life after the shot, itâs hard not to feel heartbroken and frustrated and feel like this is a slap in the face by one of the biggest cowards walking the earth.
I canât help but think of the countless families who buried loved ones, the people still living with lasting health problems, and those whose lives changed forever. So many of us have spent years carrying pain, searching for answers, and praying that truth would one day come fully into the light.
Through it all, my faith has been my anchor. There were moments when I didnât know if Iâd see another sunrise, but God had other plans. His grace carried me when my body couldnât. His mercy gave me another chance at life when I thought mine might be over.
Im constantly reminded of James 1:2â4:
âConsider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.â
I donât hate the man, I really donât. But all of me wants to know that his heart would change and finally confront what heâs done instead of shying away. It hurts.
I never would have chosen this trial. I never would have chosen the pain. But I choose to believe God has used it to strengthen my faith, deepen my dependence on Him, and remind me that every single day is a gift.
I continue to pray for truth. I pray for healing for all those who are still suffering and for families who carry unimaginable loss. And I pray that justice, compassion, and honesty will always prevail.
My testimony isnât about bitterness but rather about Godâs faithfulness. The enemy may have tried to steal my life, but God wasnât finished with my story. And heâs surely not finished with Fauciâs. He will face God one day.
I see all the cultists out thereâŠ
âLook at how this Republican Senator went after Fauci today!â
âHawley BRUTALIZED Fauci!â
âOne Senator even used the F WORD!â
WHOâŠ
FCKNâŠ
CARESâŠ
Nothing will come from todayâs hearing except sound bites for campaign ads.
If you havenât recognized this pattern, you havenât been paying attention.
Fauci is going to continue to live a cushy life arrest free.
We are not a serious country.

Fauci's lack of candor to Congress is unbelievable.
My office is launching an investigation into Dr. Fauci. It's past time we get the truth of what happened during COVID.
NEW: @RandPaul@SenRonJohnson letter @CIADirector
formally warns against retaliation after whistleblower alleges COVID-19 coverup.
"This letter serves as formal notice that we expect no retaliatory action of any kind to be taken against Mr. Erdman in connection with his appearance before the Committee."
"We ask that you personally review it in full, as Mr. Erdman testified under oath to a pattern of deeply troubling conduct occurring within the Central Intelligence Agency."

@KrugAlli@anish_koka Absent, though, from @SecWar's statement is any commitment to be honest about harm done to service members who complied and were injured. There's no meaningful effort to research, provide medical care, or ensure proper compensation.
