I've tried to talk to rammbroes after finishing 5.3 but all he offers is a quest. Does anyone know if he has any new dialogue?

Usually even if there's a quest, it'll pop up with the option to take the quest, or talk, so I'm assuming no, but you'd THINK him of all people would..
