We had a fascinating visit to HMP Portland to meet the First Foundation, which mentors offenders before their release to help prepare them for life outside. Visits like these deepen our understanding of what groups we fund face and how we can help our donors make an impact.

It was a pleasure to visit #Shaftesbury Refugee Group to hear funding from our Welcome Fund helped its wonderful support for Ukrainians and Syrians, among others. The group helps furnish and equip homes and provides translation, education, training and places to meet.

It was a real pleasure to visit Deerview Equine Solutions in #Christchurch, which uses sessions with horses to help people with a variety of issues experience calmness, communication and responsibility. Founder Jo Tucker says: "The course really does change people’s futures."
