Today we said farewell to Jean Holmyard, a former member of our congregation who was married here in 2004. Eternal rest grant unto Jean, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. May she rest in peace.

Mourning the loss of the late great Archbishop Desmond Tutu who lived equally the Christian call to forgiveness as well as to justice. He understood well the power of both. May he rest in peace and rise in glory.

Thank you to everyone who came to our 9 lessons and carols service last night. The church was beautifully bathed in warm candle light adding to the atmosphere. A nice reminder that Christmas is almost here!
