In 2024 Lok Sabha elections, the BJP opened their account in Thrissur. It's only MP from the state.

In 2026 state assembly elections, not one single constituency in the whole of Thrissur district, has the BJP even reached 2nd place.

Possible that Ranveer's family was murdered by a communal riot against which Ranveer took arms and finally ended up in prison. A well crafted white washing of the entire riots or rather putting the sole blame on Muslims may also be in the pipeline.

When Raja Ram Mohan Roy opposed Sati in the 19th century, it was the upper caste hindus - mainly Brahmins that revolted against him & even sent petitions to the British to not abolish Sati & claimed it to be a 'sacred custom' in Hinduism.

- Post-Mahabharata, no widows performed sati

Sati is not mention in Vedas

Ambedkar had nothing to do with abolishment of "Sati".
