@AntConfessore Glad to hear it’s coming along well!! My quad’s healing well also. Should be off crutches and brace in a couple of weeks. Surgery is such a pain in the ass though, isn’t it? Hahahahaha!!

@AntConfessore Sorry to hear about the pec tear. I had full quad tear surgery 2 weeks ago and I’m happily surprised at the amount of “working around the injury” an experienced lifter can come up with. Good luck with the training, Anthony!!
