a) not overwhelming them with a typical 3-4 month plan,
b) giving daily reminders of the workout run they should do,
c) adapting workouts based on actual fitness levels
d) showing progress they make over time
@UXRebeca@_nightsweekends@_buildspace No routing yet. Focusing on suggesting what types of runs to do (distance, pace, etc). We're starting with runners who have some running history but will add a process to guide new runners soon.
