If there's a mistake on the @BurgerKing app they basically will offer you a coupon that doesn't even come close to making you whole and then tell you there's nothing else to do
@priceline Already have done that and talked to so many Priceline representatives that just don't care how badly Priceline screwed up. Is it policy to charge cards for rejected reservations? To create trip numbers for rejected reservations? To tell customers their res is fine when it isn't?
Clearly @priceline doesn't give a rats ass about the fact that they screw customers and then give no ability to contact anyone who cares. Their overseas call centers are worse than worthless. Don't trust Priceline with any of your travel. Not even a metro card
Can't believe how screwed up @priceline has gotten. Online mesg reservation was successful. I called when I didn't get an email, I was asked if card was debited, which it was & still is, Was told it was fine & I would get an email w/i 48 hours. Now told reservation was rejected
