Watch out for misleading adverts from @Apple I purchased an iPhone 13 on Black Friday weekend expecting to get a £50 gift card but it never arrived. I’ve now been told because I bought it on free finance I’m not eligible. This info is buried in t’s & c’s but not clear on adverts
@ncpcarparks I had the misfortune to try and pay later having parked at Great Northern - no invoice could be found so I couldn’t pay. I raised this with Customerservice before the 24 hrs had expired. A week later you tell me a penalty notice will be issued and I need to appeal!
@nationaltrust your new charging policy at Lyme Park and Dunham Massey means I will be cancelling my underused membership from next renewal unless this changes. Bad decision by you to bring in these increased charges, many people just want to enjoy the parks.

One year on we are inviting people to come to the churchyard, lay daffodils & stop to remember & reflect for those that have died during the pandemic.There will be a short outdoor service at 12 noon but people can come any time in the day.
@virginmedia major problems with connection today having suffered for ages with poor connection. But today’s issue,which will take to 8th March to repair is only priority 3 so not worthy of a mention on the app, but it’s ok because the manager will ring me back in up to 3 days!!!
@virginmedia Well that was a waste of time told 4 hour wait just the same as live chat on Saturday and waited 1hr 20 mins no response and now 10pm so closed. The automatic bot has decided it’s a virgin mobile query rather than a broadband and tv query.
I’m trying to review my virgin contract but not available via the app, live chat says don’t phone but live chat aims to respond in 4 hrs- unacceptable @virginmedia
Frustrated at the repeated internal server error from @Edenred when trying to find out where the vouchers are for our vulnerable families. These were ordered a week ago. @educationgovuk this is such a frustrating exercise and needs urgently resolving.

@DPD_UK shockingly poor customer service, still waiting for my delivery. You keep changing delivery dates. Cancelled my delivery point collection without telling me. I am so annoyed
