@Kathryn11Baird I had a 5 week old baby, a 3 Yr old and a 5 Yr old! Pram in the shade, with parasol and fly net, and paddling pool nearby for the other two. Empty washing up liquid bottles filled with water. War declared between them, and EVERYONE got wet - including me, but not the baby!

@Kathryn11Baird Back in 1963, for homework we had to try and take down, and transcribe, a few minutes from the BBC TV 9 o'clock news. We were told that the newsreaders spoke at a consistent 140 wpm. I don't know if that's true!?
