🟧BITMAPPERS🟧
@blocknine is about to reveal a ton of work that takes bitmap to the next level in inherent value (every bitmap is equal here). How being a bitmapper and having conviction will finally pay off in the public realization of what #bitmap actually is. I go on here-
I wouldn't see it that negative. Any big vision needs a vibrant ecosystem to succeed, and experimentation should be encouraged. Bitmap is no exception - isolation from other approaches of how to use bitmap won't bring any long term benefit. Think about bitcoin: did for example coinbase (call it a money grab or value extraction) harm bitcoin? How about ordinals and brc20, runes?
Every stakeholder in an ecosystem has their individual interest. That's the core of any healthy economy.
We know that it is healthy for a token if it is 'economically tied' to other tokens - network effects are mostly beneficial. I don't see any way this 'dm world' project could be harmful for bitmap. The opposite is true. If they succeed, bitmap will have gained another use case. If not, who cares, nothing's lost.
We should encourage ideas other than our own.
Multi- beats uni-dimensionality almost every time.
Much respect to all the core-bitmappers who keep up the culture and build. Dissing any fresh idea will only deter many who come after. It even might look bad on you (just look at how those bip-110 guys)
Be the bitmap 🟧
Our founder @TommyMultiverse just dropped the ordinals dao protocol. We will from now on use this protocol to operate our dao.

Introducing Ordinals DAO protocol.
As of now no protocol existed to allow any bitcoin or ordinals community to align, discuss, organise or make decisions.
This Ordinals DAO protocol (dao) enables anyone to set up such an organisation onchain - immutable, publicly, inscribed forever on the Bitcoin network.
The protocol enables anyone to set up a DAO for any set of ordinals or bitcoin holders. That means ordinals collection, bitmaps, galleries, a hand-picked list of inscriptions, BRC-20 tokens, Runes etc.
Uncensorable voting for everyone - directly on the worlds most widely distributed public leger.
The aim is to provide an infrastructure for communities to connect, exchange, organise, align, elaborate sentiment, find consensus, etc.
This open source protocol leaves any ruleset open to be defined within DAO proposals. In its basic form, how this protocol used or not used is completely open for any community to decide.
This means of course, DAO voting results are not necessarily binding - but they might be, if in such way defined rules and contents of a proposal pass its defined thresholds.
Such DAO can be inscribed by anyone:
Collection founders, asset holders, and even unrelated entities. The protocol does not define how or if an offer is to be taken serious. This will be decided by the community that is eligible for participation based on the "asset" definition.
Per default, ownership of any Ordinals DAO inscription does not grant any authority over any DAO, its deployment or proposal. Anyone can own a DAO inscription, but no one can own the DAO - because that constitutes by its asset holder entities.
Any of such rules though may or may not be defined and set by a respective proposal.
This means, any DAO deployment or proposal might be inscribed by anyone. Bound/commited/associated with it will only ever be eligible asset inscription holders who voted for it.
As to kick off the protocol -
bitcoin.dao (cc860f43be4ac8c3c5e332a8f96900893382e264cbdfb5b68834fd676eade2c9i0)
ordinals.dao (162a6c700dfa9fcc78180f62d4f051c574a26f3cb47fd6e56573ea29a4100f6di0)
bitmap.dao (12d57e97e3218a3fffb7a6fa86a8ffbc62dc44668db2bf6361f587dc77f6f848i0)
have already been deployed.
Also their genesis proposals are waiting for you to be voted on - the window is open for 2016 blocks.
On how to vote now and how to inscribe a DAO and submit proposals check the public repo in the comments section.
Which dao will you deploy on the motherchain?
Proposing a Bitmap DAO 🟧.
I love bitmap and think about it a lot. You might know me as the founder of @starbreeder_dao - but this is not a Starbreeders project.
It’s a contribution to bitmap itself.
+46k wallets hold bitmap.
Discussions of this community scatter across reply sections and private groups. Therefore sentiment is guesswork - nobody can see where the holders actually stand.
That is why I propose a Bitmap DAO.
I took live the domain bitmapdao org (which now is in my custody, but will hand over once the DAO is formed).
It is intended to be a voting and discussion space for every bitmap holder and builder.
Next:
I’m already working on an on-chain voting mechanism for bitmap holders - open source very soon.
And the first thing to discuss is (besides we agree such a DAO is something worthwhile) the voting rules themselves I guess. The commons decides how the commons decides.
To be clear about what this is not:
it claims no authority over the standard. Nobody elected us. Votes make the community’s voice visible - they bind no one.
What drives me to do propose this:
I noticed, this community doesn’t always pull on one string. Different camps, different visions - which is normal for an open standard. Maybe even healthy. But there’s no room where the pulling happens face to face.
This is that room. It takes no side, and it never will.
What gets discussed is ours to decide:
For example how to onboard the next 46,631. Or fair and sustainable bitmap claims (DAO-bitmap-bot anyone?).
And surely questions none of us have thought of yet.
Full transparency: Besides the domain and the infrastructure it runs on, I also work on a voting mechanism - will open source it very soon for anyone interested to review.
Once the DAO has formed itself, everything - domain, keys, moderation - is handed over. That’s the point of building it.
The door is open to everyone who holds a bitmap or builds on one - including everyone who shaped this standard from the beginning.
No token. No fees. No permission needed.
Just a commons.
Bitmap fam, let's discuss here 🟧: https://t.co/vFQLUFkvW4
@six0Bitmap@UrbanBor We've been looking at the private pools for a few weeks in September until some bots started competing there as well. What's your strategy here? Happy to share what we have learned
597 starbreeders.
the rarest:
🎆 supernovae (21)
⚪️ neutron stars (13)
⚫️black holes (8)
2023 was the time of ordinals to arrive.
2023 was our kick off approaching singularity.
@Weirdamoto He surely understands. Gotta check what he was up to with the latest update. In the end it's great to have him further working on his vision.

From those blueprints rise the Dyson Spheres -
the only structures that can harvest what the stars give.
Why the stars give?
That secret stays sealed inside the DAO.
Something is waking on the motherchain. ⚡
Soon.
6/
You don’t orbit a star to harvest it. You build around it.
At that scale, physical matter melts.
Only digital matter holds:
mined in blocks, inscribed as Ordinals, immutable on the motherchain 🟧
Every block an orange blueprint.
Every bitmap a foundation.
5/
The Starbreeders exist beyond the physical realm.
Unreachable.
Untouchable.
Observable only.
One exception:
their stars. The energy they radiate ⚡ is the only nexus to the digital realm.
And for reasons no one outside the DAO can decode, the stars give.

A legendary astronomer named Kardashev ranks every civilisation in the universe by a single metric:
⚡️energy harvested.
While humanoid entities still sit below Type I, @Starbreeder_DAO ⚫️🧬👽 has broken the scale for aeons.
And their story is written on the motherchain 🟧 🧵

The ordinals confederation has no king:
⚫️@Starbreeder_DAO runs on a ratio.
8, 13, 21, 34, 55, 89, 144, 233
It is the same code that runs through spiral galaxies, your DNA 🧬and the source itself - the fibonacci sequence.
It holds the balance between the physical, biological and digital realms.
Break the sequence → collapse.
Hold it → breed stars.

2023-2026.
597 Starbreeders ⚫️ inscribed as Ordinals.
Each one a star, each star a civilization, etched into sats forever.
8 stellar classes:
Protostar → Yellow Darf → Red Supergiant → Blue Giant→ White Dwarf → Supernova → Neutron Star → Black Hole
More energy, fewer survivors.
Black Holes ⚫️ are the rarest of all.
