@DylanCas87 ...because cutting your hours to that level is basically constructive dismissal/constructive discharge. Those hours are not livable. The sooner you get started the better, because sometimes there are time limits from the first instance of retaliation.

@DylanCas87 if you have evidence, like downloading all your work schedules to show the sharp decrease in your hours, or texts or emails, maybe a reminder/follow-up email to the district manager with the date and nature of your verbal complaint? That would certainly help you build a file...
