Can someone guide me how to report a brand with a fake unsubcription link in their promotional emails. I have been spammed by Bath and Body works and no longer want any association with them due to pathethic services and ethics.

@Chiccup @bathbodyworks They are fraud! All this brand knows is disrespect and cheating. It has been months my refund has not been processed. Call center are jut torturing experience. They are liars, been telling me that someone will get in touch. All lies. #dontbuyfromBathAndBodyWorks
