Just make sure to not use both your chances. You get two chances to appeal, make sure you wait a week in between to gather as much evidence. I didnt and now im regretting it.
I really wish their ban support team would actually look, thats the only support team that ignores everything you say, as if you go to the payment ones they answered for me and gave me additional info 😭 they were so helpful, let me know if you ever do get unbanned, im curious to see this. only 30 days left on mine!1!

If its your first hwid ban, they perma ban your main account, however after 120 days your hardware ban ends, and your allowed to make a new account. To see this, open a ticket not related to your ban, something like payment issue and then ask, thats the only way I got a response. I also got falsely perma banned but they won't even give me a chance to show that im not, as they close every new ticket on the issue. I know it's not ideal, but its really all we can do if riot denies your appeals.

Can someone please take a look at my account? On march 31st I got a permanent suspension for "third party apps". I've never used any apps that interact with the game maliciously. I have also spent over $1,000 on the game, and got denied within 14 minutes of opening my ticket.
The ban happened as soon as I alt tabbed back in after watching a medal clip. (First clip attatched)

I have over 700 medal clips alone on valorant, and would appreciate someone taking a look.
