I was speaking to one of my friends and he said why we (@NiyoGroup) are doing another conference.

My response was simple;

- As long as there continues to be spoken and unspoken barriers to entry and growth for women in tech, the conversations will never be enough.

- NIYO fest isn’t a conference, it is a TECH FESTIVAL; one that will be enriched with conversation from global taught leaders like @VusiThembekwayo while at the core of it having a massive celebration of culture.
