@virginmedia I’m not calling again. It’s the same crap. “Possible outages” really? For an entire year? An engineer was booked who never turned up. It’s like virgin media literally doesn’t care at all. Happy to keep putting my fees up but at the same time lowering my speeds to unusable levels

@virginmedia Just to reiterate. In this same apartment I had 8 months of virgin broadband giving me the speeds I paid for then a full year of dialup speeds. For a YEAR!! Same kit, same home. Nothing changed other than the internet speed which is currently 19mpbs when I pay for 350
