@Vikeologist@Vikings Or at the very least do a 2000s retro night and bring them back for a game. Just don't bring back the high school jerseys we had in the late 2009s early 2010s
@BaseballGuyRyan@scrohto@bobzombie15 With that bull shit on a daily basis without showing a single shred of annoyance or those same people will shit their diapers that the employee isnt sufficiently kissing their ass enough.
@BaseballGuyRyan@scrohto@bobzombie15 I think service workers deserve a wage like that purely because they have to deal with pompous self entitled dickheads who think they are better than somebody because of the job they hold.
These jobs have to be done is it really that hard to pay them decently if they gotta deal
@MarkSchouten3@DevinMBilski Just not in the way that is ok in any way what so ever.
Also the same party that fought to protect child marriage in south Dakota Oklahoma and Ohio..
They're into kids.. this isn't new dont forget the former Republican speaker of the House who went to prison for pedo shit.
@MarkSchouten3@DevinMBilski The party that is bending over backwards to protect the most notorious child sex trafficker changed the rules to put the pedo's accomplice into a glorified summer camp. Deleted files that implicated ties to the leader of that party...
That's the party that's into families...
@rushicrypto Or at the very least it should be treated like Medicare where there is no cap and the wealthiest Americans paid a surcharge tax of 0.9% on excess earnings.
@rushicrypto Exploded as much as it has.
In 1983 the social security tax "touched" 90% of incomes today it's 83% because of the cap wealthy Americans stop paying the 6.2% tax early in the year.
No changes just means 77% to 83% of benefits get paid out.
@mistressdivy Literally for social security to stop paying out benefits that would require all the workers in the United States who aren't earning benefits to just *poof* disappear...
And that shit ain't happening.. it's not disappearing it's getting cut because the wealthy fucks at the top
@mistressdivy That's just the social security trust fund benefits will still be paid out they just will be less. Between 77% to 83% of current benefits will be paid out.
Social security disability trust is currently funded without change till 2099.
@mistressdivy However all of this couldve been prevented if they lifted the social security cap. In 1983 the social security tax touched 90% of income today that base has fallen to 83% because the top income earners are disproportionately taking larger and larger chunks of the pie.
@KingThanos02@Mathieu_Era Tell that to sorsby
Cause I'd argue the integrity of the sport and college athletes is far more at risk by letting him play than anything else. If they let somebody who bet on his own team play why not let the ex pro play...
The only rule now is there are no rules
@JBaileyNFL I may be biased but I was in the 6th grade when 2k5 came out at the time I'd never played a game that felt so real. Playing games against steve-0 in the crib and the fact it was 19.99$ I had to cut the grass for my grandmother one Saturday to earn money for it. Madden was 49.99
@Dcroft I swear people only have this opinion cause they're bitter that they couldn't run 20 yards behind the line of scrimmage and fire a moon shot across the field to a streak every play in 2k.. it was almost like 2k was more realistic or something.
Madden was arcade football
@awwhalenawl Also it was 19.99 and madden was 49.99.
6th grader me only had to cut my grandmother's grass one Saturday to get it. That might've also made me more biased.
@awwhalenawl I always felt like they were two completely different genres of football video games. Madden was arcade style faster just honestly was closer to NFL blitz than 2k. 2k5 felt at least to me more like a simulation. At the time to me it felt like watching the real NFL.
@BrettKollmann I'm biased as hell but this one will forever be my favorite.. probably the first and only time I was brought to complete stunned silence after the play. There's a reason they call it a miracle.
@sarge____ Now don't get me wrong I loved madden 06 with that career mode and I definitely loved old gen madden all the way up to madden 09 with favre on the cover. I didn't really enjoy next gen madden till like madden NFL 25 (2013)
@sarge____ Madden was arcade style football playing 2k5 back then felt like I was watching the real NFL to me I was in like the 6th grade and when I saw that 19.99$ price tag.. no question what title I got first and I still play it more than 20 years later. I rarely play madden 05
