It seems that it wasn’t Kakao’s intention (yet) for things to come out as they did. So to deal with the aftermath, they’ve officially laid us all off but management doesn’t really understand what’s happening. We got a very mixed general message of “well… this is it! Bye guys!”.

@Neyunse Hello! I’m someone who was on the side of localization. We genuinely didn’t know Tapas was shutting down until today. While we speculated it was a possibility, we believed they’d simply shut down the English localization department, not the entire company. We were all in the dark
