i dont talk to him cause we fought weeks ago but he got diagnosed with pre-diabetes in like march-april and got this special diet but hes not following it and instead hes literally NOT EATING

and im getting concerned cause its not just that… hes also overworking himself doing cardio and lifting weights at home WHILE LITERALLY ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. (and i know that cause he doesnt leave his room at all)
