So I have an event to attend in Sarasota in November.
It’s with many family members that I don’t care for and don’t need to see. But it’s my nephews bar mitzvah.
I don’t get along with my brother and I thought about not going. But I’m damned if I do and damned if I don’t. So I started thinking creatively.
Bring an old girlfriend.
Bring a guy friend.
Bring a co worker.
And then it hit me.
Bring Brandi. Just as a date. No expectations of more. But what a mind blowing thing to the family who attends.
I’d tell them you and I are old college buddies.
It’s a dinner, some drinks, some dancing, a load of laughs, and an experience for the books.
So, what do you think? Am I crazy for even asking ? I promise you I’m a good guy, will treat you with utmost respect and be forever grateful for to the coolest girl who joined me on this once in a lifetime adventure. And isn’t that what life is all about. Taking chances and having fun.
