The AI fanfic discourse is odd. AI trained on fanfic sites..so ofc ffs read like AI lol. AI copies ff writing. And writers have their own styles, so yes, phrases & stylistic choices will recur thru individual fics. I can't jump on the bandwagon that automatically means a ff is AI
