the way i saw a guy on a dating app yesterday afternoon, i don’t remember if i swiped left or right, then i go to a car meet with my friend to meet some of our newer car friends that are in a car group AND HES PART OF THE GROUP AHHHH

i like avoided eye contact with him the whole night then we went on a car cruise after the meet & he was infront of us majority of the time 😭😭 i ended up posting a vid of his car & tagging him & now he’s been keeping up with my story even tho he doesn’t follow me 😭✋🏽

it was also my first day back to work after a week bc i didn’t have my car & working with toddlers always stresses me out so today was just crazy & it’s only noon for me 😭

thought i was just dehydrated but when i went to the bathroom i noticed my body was shaking & i couldn’t breath which made me realize i was having a panic attack so i took some time to recollect myself & asked my boss if i could go home & she texted me this 🥺

idk i’ve been so anxious these past few days bc i was dealing with car stuff, school & just personal life things. i also chugged a coffee this morning after not having caffeine for awhile + i was with the toddlers today so my senses were heightened & i think i got overstimulated
