Actually we have 30 vehicles that are waiting on Statefarm and it looks closer to 3 weeks. The 1st one was sent in on the 5/4 and it is 5/21. All they say is we haven’t received anything to customer then show the date of when it was sent. Our system has date stamps on it!

Statefarm is taking at least 2 weeks to do any estimate or supplement but progressive and gieco is on the ball!! They are looking at cars in about 3 days on average. So glad that I switched. Customer service has gone down hill for Statefarm
