@glindanyra This is the main thing I’ve noticed about hotd criticism. They’ll complain about something in hotd that they also applaud GOT for. Like Daemon being at harrenhal for so long, as if Arya was in that no face building for ages
@6DeanAllie6 What’s crazy to me is these people don’t seem to realize that they are now getting 3 seasons of Hannah and Garrett being fully in love. Every other couple is gonna be having huge drama, but Hannah and Garrett are just gonna be happy and in love, which should be exciting for them
@baddiehan Totally besides the point, but Allie must have been on some super strength birth control to not get pregnant through any of her 20’s. Sorry for the random thought, but I have been thinking about how they had all 3 of their kids after everyone else was done
@temirlanabdir@arachni_tech@essosgrimreaper And while that’s a cool little side thought, it’s not essentially to the plot of this show. Stuff that like, the extra fluff that can be easily added to books, is exactly the kind of stuff that is first to get cut from a show, because it really doesn’t impact much
@diamondsdayy@Sorakiel That’s also not the point. You can give a toddler simple directions, the toddlers in hotd literally do simple directions. You can’t get a toddler to learn fight choreography, that’s so different.
Pissed myself off again thinking about how Stranger Things spent 4 seasons building up El’s arc around finding herself as a person instead of a lab rat, and how she can have the family she always wanted…only for them to kill her and say she was “the magic of childhood”
@Ohmydrama1 Exactly. We can want Dean to be upset without him being angry towards Allie when all she did was exactly what they agreed on. I’m ready to see Allie wrestle with her feelings, but also Dean wrestle with being upset but not wanting/able to be upset with Allie
@HeroRobfc My thing is he has a right to be upset, but not he truly angry at Allie. He can be hurt and sad, but also Allie didn’t do anything intentionally to hurt him. He agreed to the assignment, and she didn’t know who hunter was. So he can be sad and hurt, but not truly angry at her
@alliecatkay Question as a non book reader. Is the Lake Tahoe place specifically owned by 1 person? Or do they all own it? Do they rent it? I’ve been wondering this since I heard about it
@offcampustaffer@DasWoelkchen I’m just a little sick and tired of only seeing negative opinions. Everyone says they like the show, but it gets hard to believe that when every opinion is something negative about somebody in the cast, a plot choice, a styling choice, a hair choice. It just gets exhausting
@offcampustaffer@jodlowybi Ok, but this isn’t the continuation of the finale scene. Everyone has little things that they notice, but I just have never found root grow out to be the thing I focus on. I made it through season 1 of it changing, I can make it through season 2 and beyond
@offcampustaffer@jodlowybi You can absolutely have an opinion…but I can have the opinion that your opinion is very minor. It also just gets tiring when all I see is negative opinions, and a lot of them (not here) be negative towards individuals or be completely unsupported by what we’ve seen
@offcampustaffer Considering his roots were changing throughout season 1, I have zero issue. If j can get past him having blonde sideburns and no roots at the beginning of season 1, a little root touch up season 2 is actually the least of my worries
@jodlowybi@offcampustaffer I’m pretty sure in those leaked pictures his roots were grown out essentially the same amount. So it will look similar/the same
@DasWoelkchen@offcampustaffer God these people can win at all. People complained about the hair in season 1, but now it’s also bad for season 2? Next season watch them just shave it off to avoid this
