@madebygoogle can you please help? I cannot access AskHome on my Google Home app on iOS. I have gone through multiple rounds of troubleshooting with your support but no one can figure this out. I have Google home premium purchased through ADT. I’ve attached the error.
@AnishKattukaran Hi @AnishKattukaran any idea why I can’t get AskHome in the US? Support team is perplexed (we’ve done through multiple troubleshooting steps) on this and I’ve never had it. Help!
@prenuvo I’d like to request a refund. After multiple inquiries to schedule my doctor follow up after my scan in December, I have not received any response. I’ve lost trust and don’t know what to do with the results I received.
@sweatystartup Told my pcp who’s a good guy I was doing function + prenuvo. His response “to be direct with you, why di you need me then?”. Thought he’d be happier.

@AnishKattukaran One thing that I’ve really enjoyed seeing is the graceful buffering of video. So when I open Google Home the video thumbnails will show an old image + “14 hours ago”. That’s a nice touch. It “seems” like video availability is slightly better but not enough yet.
