@peelinglemon@willesfreckles@st4rvingpeach Non-purging bulimia is the less damaging (to your enamel) but just as tortuous and psychologically damaging. It's literally almost the same thing and you end up having similar physical symptoms (except maybe in non-purging with exercise where your bones ache)
@dietpixiie btw for breast fullness where it indents like that you can work your chest muscles a bit to help with shape. Obviously it's easier if you get surgery but it can help overall. Just a suggestion for the time being
@bedsux my issue is that we can't talk about anything else in edrtwt. My fave thing is when we chat about life while also helping each other in our wl. Idk man
@lylyluvsyouuuu People are being unnecessarily mean. I see why you feel like she's mocking people with eds exclusively. Unfortunately, there is a brand of influencers all over the internet promoting disordered eating and then calling it "healthy". I get why she mocks it cause it's nuts.
listen, I struggle w binging and sugar cravings so intense i can only quench them with massive amounts of food. I do a 1700 cal day for the most part wit exercise. Without i'd do 1500, this prevents binges and keeps me satiated. I am always in a deficit and i keep the weight off
