@thameswater I had access blocked to my house on two separate occasions today due to works on the street. I had to move the barriers myself on a busy road because it is impossible to speak to someone quickly. WhatsApp customer service will not put me through to a call.

@PaulGCornish My oldest's middle name is Blythe, a character's surname in Anne of Green Gables. My youngest has the middle name Ripley, after Ellen Ripley. We love the names for their connections to something we hold dear. And frankly, they're lucky I didn't call both of them Maria Von Trapp.
