@avila74374 @MatrixMysteries Fair Plan just covers damage from fire and wind, your other insurance is for water damage, liability and other perils excluding fire & wind. Fair Plan offers replacement cost but recently started removing it for things like overgrown trees and a lot of people don't even know.

@TahoeSux @MatrixMysteries That is the smart way to cut costs. Even with a higher deductible you still have the proper coverage for a catastrophic loss.
