@EchoLattice @Uber I deactivated my @Uber account years ago when the driver stole my grandmas necklace and told me he would only return it if I paid him. @Uber did nothing to help

Thread: 1/5 Imagine realizing the moment you get out of the car that your wallet, keys, phone, or another personal item is still inside and the @Uber driver refuses to return it and ignores your calls. That is not a harmless inconvenience.

@Uber you allow your drivers to steal expensive items now? Imagine my surprise when I try to recoup my property which the driver admits he has in possession but straight up refuses to return it and you guys do NOTHING. Guys stay away from Uber, use Lyft

@EchoLattice @Uber Ohhhhhh you just realized this????? This is why I stopped using @Uber too. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal. Good luck!
