Mr. Grumpy said we haven’t done our ever-popular Brisket Philly Cheesesteak Sammich for a while, so that’s our Fri/Sat Sammich feature this week. Tender slow-smoked Texas brisket, topped with a pile of sautéed red peppers and onions and our secret Philly sauce.

Our Fri/Sat lunch feature this week is our popular Sausage-Gravy Sammich. Open-faced Sammich topped with juicy pulled pork and smothered with our classic andouille sausage gravy. It’s so Southern you’ll call everyone “Y’all” or “All y’all” for the rest of the day. 😬

Our Valentine’s Day dinner special tomorrow is our famous “2 can dine for $69”. A candied bacon starter, two cocktails, a custom brisket and chicken platter with 2 sides, and a dessert to share. If that doesn’t tug your heart strings, nothing will. See all you lovers tomorrow.

Fri/Sat lunch feature this week is a new creation called the Epic Meatloaf Sammich. A smoked brisket and andouille sausage meatloaf slice. Served on a white bun or griddlebread. Served with slaw or fries and a drink. This one goes like a bat out of hell (get it? It’s Meatloaf) 😬

Fri/Sat lunch feature this week is our famous Brisket Biscuit Bomb! Tender smoked brisket, tangy slaw, shredded cheddar, and a custom sauce, all baked inside a cheddar biscuit crust. It’s kind of like a lava cake, except... ehm...no, actually it’s totally different. 😬 must try.

Fri/Sat lunch feature this week is our much requested Porknography Sammich. Juicy pulled pork, tender andouille sausage, and candied bacon, piled high on your choice of soft white bun or griddlebread. Served with fries or slaw and a drink. So delicious it’s practically indecent.

Our Fri/Sat lunch feature this week is the Pigpen Poutine Sammich. Juicy pulled pork, topped with hand-cut, double-cooked fries, cheese curds, and our house-made gravy. Served on a soft white bun or griddlebread. It’s hot and messy, but it’s just the hot mess you need right now.
